All ROW and construction drawings are produced using AUTO CAD & GIS. Documentation and as-builts are provided in a timely manner and archived on our offline server for added backup. We have a working relationship with permitting authorities and utilities assuring you the permitting process will smoothly move forward.

In addition to Outside Plant Engineering, Challenger’s On-Premise division provides in-building design for data cabling, security, and cellular repeater systems.
