Steve McComb
Operations Manager
Steven McComb started in the telecommunications industry in 1997 as a field installation technician for a cabling contractor, after 10 years in commercial sales, service, and maintenance. Following two years in the network cabling field, Steve earned the BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification, and moved in to the estimating and project management roles. In 2007, Steve earned the BICSI RTPM (Registered Telecommunications Project Manager) certification just before joining Challenger Technologies as their Operations Manager.
