Rick Neil is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Telecommunications. After three years as Head Technician with Triad Communications in Albion and Marshall, Michigan, Rick went on to spend fifteen years in Jackson with Booth Communications and it's successors MediaOne and AT&T Broadband. For over half of this period, he served as Chief Technician/Technical Operations Manager with responsibilities in design and drafting, construction and maintenance of all networks, with additional duties of overseeing all field staff and operations personnel. Rick's experience includes three years at International Cable & Telephone, where he initially served as the Construction Manager before becoming the Engineering Manager overseeing a department that was primarily involved in engineering, design, drafting and construction of fiber-optic wide area networks, including building entrances and interior routings for several telecommunications firms.
